Hi, this is Andrew and Yohan.

In late 2024, we arrived at the same conclusion independently: building software was becoming trivial, but distribution was not. Growth — as a discipline, as a function — was about to matter more than ever.

That thesis is playing out in front of our eyes. Growth and GTM are now among the most in-demand roles in the market. One great growth hire can change the trajectory of a company.

We started The Growth Assembly to bring together the people who are best at this.

Twice a year, we gather in a private dining room in New York to share what's working, what's not, and what's next.

We then share these insights with the broader growth community across the world.

Past dinners have included growth leaders from Perplexity, Rippling, Cloaked, and others.
